Event 1: Technical Paper Presentation.(all accepted and presented papers will be published in the indexed journal)

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Maximum number of participants in a Team is 2.
  2. Participants should submit the soft copy of the full paper in IEEE format (abstract alone will not be accepted) and email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  3. Accepted papers will be intimated through their respective mail ids.
  4. The presentation time is for 8 minutes and queries for 2 minutes for each paper.
  5. Selected candidates should bring their identity card at the time of presentation
  6. Details of the team members: Name, Department, E-Mail ID, Contact number, Institution name should be sent along with the Paper.
  7. Deadline for submission: On or before 20 February 2018.
  8. Decision of the judges will be final and will not be subjected to any further discussions.

Event 2: Code-Vita

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Each team consists of Maximum 2 members.
  2. This event consists of three rounds.
  • Round 1 (Technotude): This round consists bunch of technical aptitude questions and all the participants are required to answer them in a sheet provided. The qualified participants are allowed to a next round. Maximum duration is 30 min.
  • Round 2 (Quizophile): This round is a play of technical quiz for the participants qualified in the first round and winners of this round are qualified for final round.
  • Round 3 (Code Crackers): In this round problem statement or erroneous code will be provided and the participants have to find a solution for the same. The team that consumes minimum duration will be the winners

Event 3: Blind coders

Rules and Regulations:

  1. This event consists of coding the given problem statement within a specific duration.
  2. The correct or partial output of the problem statement will be considered.
  3. Each team consists of Maximum 2 members.
